Many of you – well, mostly fellow members of the Hawaii Old Timers’ Club – will remember John Kernell. He was former Mayor Frank Fasi’s very first Director of the Office of Information and Complaint (I’m Number Two! I’m Number Two!) and went on to become a news anchor at KGMB-TV.John is now happily retired, living near the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and churning out daily emails full of wonderful nonsensical stuff and to which you may subscribe for a pittance.
